VICTEX Training delivers high-quality, industry-standard programmes to meet the increasingly challenging standards set by the Security Industry Authority, Health & Safety Executive, and related regulatory bodies.

Our mission is two-fold: to facilitate the careers of highly-motivated security professionals; and to promote workplace safety. Our core programmes cover:

SIA / CCTV Training – Structured monthly programmes delivered to participants looking to obtain the SIA Licence to work as Security Guards, Door Supervisors and CCTV Operators.
Conflict Management Training – Customised and structured programmes delivered by experienced professionals to assist employees and managers improve workplace communication. The programme is also designed to help Door Supervisors to deliver their services in the most demanding circumstances.
Health & Safety Training – Scheduled monthly programmes designed to provide intermediate and advanced training to employees in office, warehouse and manufacturing environments. Accredited presenters deliver practical training in small work-groups.
First Aid Training – Specialist courses for employees and designated First Aiders, in both small and large organisations.
